For what do we pay you? New customers referred by you.

* Moneybookers reserves the right to disallow any person as an originator.
* Deposit and withdrawal fees are excluded.
* Referral payments for any given transaction are limited to 0.6% of the transaction value.
* Referral payments are limited to EUR 100 during the first year of registration for each progeny.

* Moneybookers does not allow to bid on keywords within ‘search engine marketing’ applications (e.g. Google Ad words, Overture or Yahoo), which contain brand and assortment specific terms from Moneybookers. Directly linking to Moneybookers.com using search engine campaigns is strictly forbidden.
* If Moneybookers determines in its sole discretion that you have not complied with these conditions, it may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have against you, immediately and without notice to you, withdraw all benefits to you under the Refer a Friend Program (including, without limitation, by cancelling or declining to credit any and all referral payments issued or to be issued to you in connection with the program and, by declining to send or stopping from being sent, any referral payments).
